Required Courses

In addition to meeting the common core requirements for the degree, students pursuing a BSBA degree with an Accounting major are required to take the following courses:

ACC312 – Accounting Information Systems
ACC340 – Federal Income Tax of Individuals
ACC351 – Cost Accounting
ACC435 – Accounting for Governmental and Non-Profit Organizations
ACC460 – Auditing I
ACC465 – Auditing II
MGT440 – Operational Analysis & Management
MGT499 – Policy & Strategy

In addition to meeting the common core requirements for the degree, students pursuing a ASBA degree with an Accounting major are required to take the following courses:

12 Credits

ACC301 – Intermediate Accounting I
ACC302 – Intermediate Accounting II
ACC351 – Cost Accounting
ACC312 – Accounting Information Systems

15 Credits

ACC301 – Intermediate Accounting I
ACC302 – Intermediate Accounting II
Three (3) courses at the 300 or 400 level (not to include ACC499)
