FES 180 – 3 Credits

This course teaches students to examine their wellness-related behaviors and teaches them how to incorporate fitness and wellness into their daily lives. The course covers up-to-date information on the health related components, as well as cover nutrition, stress, substance abuse, chronic disease, injury prevention and personal safety. The course is intended to present practical advice students need to make connections and apply scientific information to their own lives. This course can be utilized as a social science elective, science elective or tailored elective.
