Before coming to Webber in 2004, Tonya worked in the hospitality industry in various areas of hotel management. Tonya earned her bachelor’s degree in business and her MBA from WIU and is in the process of completing her Doctorate in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing. Tonya is a member of the Florida Association of Career Professionals, National Association of Colleges and Employers, the Southeastern Association of Colleges and Employers and the Colleges of Central Florida Career Consortium. Tonya says” Helping students learn more about themselves as they find their career path is the most enjoyable aspect of her job.”

Prior to arriving at Webber International in August of 2008, Nena worked in the payroll administration industry, specifically with Professional Employer Organizations (PEO) for ten years. Nena is currently completing her bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minor in marketing here at WIU, and plans to obtain her Master’s degree here in the near future.
