Most of Webber International University’s students NEED the Florida Resident Access Grant (FRAG) to go to school. For many of our students, it’s not the difference between borrowing more money or not borrowing more money, but the difference between going to college and not going to college. But it’s bigger than that… Florida needs the FRAG.
