International Student -- Farhod Z. Hamidov
Upon completion of my undergraduate degree, I was looking for a graduate school with a diverse student body, good business school, and a warm climate, to study. I chose Webber International University because its name speaks for itself. During application process, admission staff was extremely helpful and facilitated the process of obtaining my student visa and my trip to come to Florida.
When I arrived in Babson Park, I was amazed by the location and beauty of the campus at Webber International. Babson Park is located in the heart of Florida and surrounded by beautiful orange groves. It is also conveniently located to major cities in Florida such as Orlando and Tampa. Coming to Webber in the middle of the winter, I was able to swim in the lake and the pool, play tennis, and do other outdoor activities.
Moreover, I made many international friends from all over the world, as well as meet American students from many different states, and I am sure I will make many more friends as I continue my studies at Webber. Webber provided me with an opportunity to learn more about different cultures and languages. As far as business school is concerned, it is a 19- month program with a rigorous curriculum. An excellent practicum opportunity that Webber has to offer through consulting projects is extremely beneficial in order to succeed in my career as an international market analyst or consultant either for the private or public sector. I am assured that practicum and research opportunities will provide me with the competitive edge to secure employment at reputable financial institution upon graduation.
Having fluency in foreign languages, international experience, and cross-cultural understanding, I truly believe that Webber is the perfect diverse academic environment for me to pursue my dreams and careers aspirations. I know that MBA at Webber is an invaluable investment that will serve as a mean to excel in my personal and professional development in the near future. |
