When Webber International University accepts an international student for full-time study, it sends the student a Form I-20 as proof of acceptance and to use to apply for an F-1 Student Visa. It must also be presented to the INS inspector at the Port of Entry.  After being processed at an INS service center, the I-20 is mailed back Webber International University and then given to the student to be used as a travel document and must be signed by a DSO before leaving the United States. Students should keep copies of all I-20’s issued to them.
