1. Before entering your suggestion, select your status (student, faculty member, staff member), as well as the committee your suggestion should be sent to.  Committee descriptions are listed below.
2. Please complete a separate form for each suggestion.  Do not include multiple suggestions on one form. Include the subject of the suggestion (very short) in the subject textbox.
3. PLEASE include your email. While you can post anonymously, sometimes people make wonderful suggestions that we just don’t quite understand and therefore cannot do anything with.  Quite often we need to ask questions or clarify in order to help you.
4. Note that this pre-planning process exists to collect strategic ideas. If you have an issue which requires immediate attention or simply wish to register a complaint, please see your immediate supervisor for suggestions on how to proceed.

6. Please note that some University appeals and grievance procedures have specific processes which must be followed.  Using this form will not preserve your rights under those processes.

Educational Programs and Processes
The kinds of ideas posted here would involve accreditation, degrees, cooperative programs, transfer credits and evaluation, articulation agreements, graduation requirements, University-wide educational goals, program educational goals, faculty development, curriculum development, Fresh Start program, remediation, curriculum, Career Services, Registrar and student records, internships and community service, academic success and dismissals, academic awards and recognition, placement testing, General Education department, Business department, MBA, Business Advisory Board, academic success, faculty evaluations, institutional research, data collection, research based planning, mission review, quality enhancement plan, etc.

Learning Resources and Support Services
The kinds of ideas posted here would involve the library collection (including books, periodicals, databases, and other resources), equipment (e.g., copy machines, printers, terminals, etc), audio visual materials, furniture, the library, classrooms, student computer workrooms, the PASS center, tutorial labs and resources, software for educational use, hardware for educational use, classroom equipment, the conference center, etc.

Recruitment and Retention
This is where ideas specifically related to increasing our enrollment and increasing our retention should be submitted.

Student Life
The kinds of ideas posted here would involve admissions, athletics, orientation, financial aid, scholarship, personal counseling for students, personal development for students, student behavior and discipline, residence halls, health services, student activities, student government, student organizations, student publications, international student advising, cultural diversity, fresh start programming, etc.
