Complete the Master Promissory Note

If you have already completed your CFL and indicated you want to borrow a Stafford Loan but did not follow through and complete the Master Promissory Note (MPN):

1. Click the “Go to Lender List” link below to be directed to a list of participating lenders for your Stafford Loan, or choose your preferred lender. Previous borrowers should continue to borrow with the same lender.

2. Choose a lender and follow the link to their website.

3. Complete the Master Promissory Note (MPN) in its entirety. You should reach a confirmation page when you are finished. You have not completed the process until you have reached that confirmation page.

4. The Stafford Entrance Counseling must also be completed before receiving a Stafford Loan by going to http://www.mapping-your-future.org.
